Membership Access

What does full access include?
- Complete use of all amenities, dining, golf, fitness, racquets, aquatics, and social events at both Clubs.
Do I need a home Club?
- No. Both Clubs function as your home Club with no restrictions. However, you do need to choose a home club for your GHIN handicap registration.
Do I need to check in differently when using each Club?
- No. Your member profile and member number work seamlessly across both Clubs. The system recognizes you automatically at either Club for billing, tee times, court reservations, fitness check-in, and events.
Do team members at both Clubs have access to my member information?
- Yes. Department heads and team members can view your profile for consistent service.
Can I use charging privileges at both Clubs?
- Yes. You can use your member number at either Club to make purchases.

Golf Experience

Are tee times easier to book?
- Yes. Two courses double your available tee times. Both courses use the ForeTees Booking App and you can toggle between clubs to make a tee time.
Do golf priority rules change?
- No. Each Club maintains its booking structure, but you gain more flexibility.
Can I participate in tournaments at both Clubs?
- Yes. Club 23 members may enter tournaments, leagues, and special golf events at both Clubs.
Can I maintain my GHIN handicap at either Club?
- Yes. You choose your home Club for GHIN posting.
Are practice facilities at both Clubs included?
- Yes. Ranges, putting greens, and short game areas are fully accessible.

Racquets, Aquatics & Fitness

Do I have access to all racquet courts, pool, and the fitness center at Sunset Hills Country Club?
- Yes. These amenities are fully included.
Can I join racquet leagues and clinics?
- Yes. Club 23 members may participate in leagues, clinics, and mixers.
Are racquet lessons available?
- Yes. Lessons can be booked with any instructor at Sunset Hills Country Club. Lesson fees may vary.
Does Wood Ranch Golf Club offer racquet sports or aquatics?
- Sunset Hills Country Club is the home for aquatics, fitness, pickleball and tennis.

Dining & Social Life

Is there a Food and Beverage minimum?
- No.  There is no required food and beverage minimum at either Club with a Club 23 membership
Can my family attend social events at both Clubs?
- Yes. Spouses and dependents included on the membership have full access.
Are dining reservations unified?
- Yes. You may book dining or event reservations at either Club.
Will event schedules overlap?
- Major events are often staggered to enhance member convenience.
Are there additional fees for social events?
- Event fees vary per occasion. Both clubs host a full calendar of social events—some are complimentary, while others may require a per-person fee.

Family & Guest Privileges

Who is included on the membership?
- Primary, spouse/significant other, and dependent children up to age 23.
Can my spouse/significant other use both Clubs without me present?
- Yes. All Club 23 memberships include your spouse/significant other. Spouses/significant others enjoy full independent access.
How long can dependents stay on my membership?
- Dependents can be included on your membership until 24 years of age.
Can I bring guests to either Club?
- Yes. Guest privileges follow each Club’s policy.
Can I host private events at either Club?
- Yes, based on availability. Private event bookings can be made through event coordinators.

Billing & Financial Details

Is the initiation fee refundable?
- No. The initiation fee is non-refundable.
Is the monthly dues amount all-inclusive?
- Yes. It includes full access to both Clubs. Optional services may incur charges.
Are there separate assessments for Club 23 members?
- No. Sunset Hills Country Club and Wood Ranch Golf Club do not require assessments.

Operations & Logistics

Do both Clubs follow the same dress code?
- Both maintain private club dress standards with slight variances.

Membership Experience

- While one person golfs, others can enjoy the pool, racquet sports, fitness, or events.
Is there a limit to how often I can use each Club?
- No. Members may use their Club as often as they wish.
Do members receive communications from both Clubs?
- Yes. You’ll receive updates, newsletters, and event information from both Clubs.

New Members & Upgrades

Can current members stay in their existing category?
- Yes. Club 23 membership is available as an upgrade option but is not required.
Can current members upgrade into a Club 23 membership?
- Yes. At any time, a current member of either Club can upgrade into Club 23 membership. Initiation fee difference may be required. Requests can be made by contacting your Club’s Membership Director. A year commitment is required for upgrades.
When does access begin after joining?
- Immediately upon enrollment and initiation fee payment.
What happens if I resign?
- A Club 23 membership is calendar year commitment. A 30-day written notice is required and due by the first of the month. Requests can be made to the Membership Director at either Club. Initiation fees are non-refundable, according to Club policy.
